Subscription / Auto-Renew Orders
Certain products on LugolsNaturals.com are available on an auto-renew subscription basis. When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Lugols Originals to automatically charge your payment method on the billing frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.
You will receive an email reminder before each recurring charge. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until cancelled.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no phone call required, no cancellation fee. To cancel:
- Log in to your account at LugolsNaturals.com
- Navigate to your Subscription Dashboard
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and confirm cancellation
Cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for that cycle. If a charge processes before your cancellation is completed, contact us at info@lugolsnaturals.com and we will issue a full refund for that order.
Modifying Your Subscription
You may update your shipping address, billing information, or order frequency at any time through your Subscription Dashboard. To pause or skip an upcoming order, log in and manage your subscription before the next scheduled order date.
Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days' advance notice to active subscribers by email. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the price change takes effect.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
If you are charged for a subscription order you did not intend to place, or if you are unsatisfied with any subscription order for any reason, contact us within 30 days at info@lugolsnaturals.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
