How to request a refund: Email us at info@lugolsnaturals.com with your order number. We will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@lugolsnaturals.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Auto-renew subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled order. If a charge processes before you cancel, contact us and we will refund it.

European Union customers: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection law, in addition to our 30-day satisfaction guarantee above.
