How to Request a Refund

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Auto-Renew Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled order. If a charge processes before you cancel, contact us and we'll refund it.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under EU consumer protection law, in addition to our 30-day guarantee above.
